THE ELEVATE BLUEPRINT METHOD

Precision is the only thing that still works.

Five stages. Two of them run in a loop, and one of them is the exit. Here is the whole thing, in full.

THE PREMISE

Everyone is given the same plan. Nobody is the same.

TRAINING AGE

A beginner improves on almost any stimulus. That's why the industry can sell one programme to a hundred thousand people and produce enough success stories to stay in business. It's also why the same programme does nothing for you now. As training age rises, the margin for imprecision disappears.

INDIVIDUAL STRUCTURE

Bone structure, limb length and torso-to-limb ratio decide which exercises will ever feel right on you and which will always feel wrong. Muscular imbalances, deficiencies, old injuries and current limitations decide what you can load and what has to be built first. Two men with identical physiques can respond completely differently to identical training.

YOUR LIFE

A plan you can't run is a plan that doesn't work, however good it looks on paper. Travel, client dinners, unpredictable weeks and genuinely limited time aren't obstacles to design around later. They're inputs.

A generic programme is a bet that you're average. The more advanced you become, the worse that bet gets.

THE METHOD

Five stages. Two of them run in a loop, and one of them is the exit.

A vertical technical drawing of 5 stages on a single spine, read from top to bottom: 01 Survey, 02 Specification, 03 Calibration, 04 Revision, 05 Autonomy. 01 and 02 run in a straight line, one after the other. A closed loop returns from 04 Revision to 03 Calibration, captioned ≈ 12 weeks · repeat, and it repeats for as long as the coaching continues. After 05 Autonomy the spine does not end in a node: it continues past the last stage as an open arrow leaving the drawing, captioned independence.

  1. 01SURVEY

We map the individual before anything is written.

Structure first: bone structure, limb length, torso-to-limb ratio. Then history: training age, previous injuries, current limitations, imbalances and deficiencies. Then the part most coaches skip — the real shape of your week. How often you fly. When you eat and with whom. What your sleep looks like in a bad quarter, not a good one.

    • Structure and proportion, not just goals.
    • Injury history treated as a design constraint, not a disclaimer.
    • Your week mapped as honestly as your training.

INPUT — STRUCTURE · HISTORY · LIMITATIONS · THE REAL WEEK

  2. 02SPECIFICATION

Everything is specified for you, and everything is explained.

Your first split is written for your structure, your history and the days you can genuinely commit. Your calorie and macro targets are calculated for you and then explained, so you know why every number is what it is. The meal strategy is not handed to you — it is built with you in a private session, around what you actually eat and where you actually travel.

    • A split built for your body, not your goal category.
    • Targets you could explain to someone else.
    • A meal strategy built in a 1:1, around your life.

OUTPUT — TRAINING SPLIT · TARGETS · MEAL STRATEGY · SUPPLEMENT PLAN

  3. ≈ 12 WEEKS · REPEAT
  4. 03CALIBRATION

We find out how your body actually responds — then adjust on real evidence.

A specification is a hypothesis until it meets the person. So we test it. Different rep ranges and methodologies are trialled against individual muscle groups: your biceps might grow best on higher volume while your triceps answer better to heavier sets around eight. There is no way to know that in advance, and no template will ever find it.

    • Rep ranges and modalities tested per muscle group.
    • Weekly check-in, weekly adjustment. Not monthly.
    • Exercise video reviewed for execution, not just logged.

    LOOP — WEEKLY: CHECK-IN → ASSESSMENT → ADJUSTMENT

  5. 04REVISION

Roughly every twelve weeks the drawing is reassessed and redrawn.

A training phase runs approximately twelve weeks, and then the strategy is reassessed rather than extended. What changed in your proportions. Which deficiencies closed and which appeared. What your body has now proved it responds to. The next phase is drawn against that — a revision, not a repeat.

    • Phases end in reassessment, never in a copy-paste.
    • New deficiencies and new proportions drive the next phase.
    • Life changes are inputs, not interruptions.

REVISION — PHASE CLOSES · STRATEGY REASSESSED · NEXT PHASE DRAWN

  6. 05AUTONOMY

You finish understanding your own body well enough to keep the result.

Eventually you don’t need to ask. You know which exercises suit your structure and how your muscle groups respond. You can run your nutrition through a holiday or a bad quarter without starting again. Most private clients continue anyway, because having an expert hold the complexity is worth keeping — but that is a preference, not a dependency.

    • You can explain your own plan.
    • You can adapt it without asking permission.
    • Staying becomes a choice, not a requirement.

    OUTCOME — UNDERSTANDING YOU KEEP

INDEPENDENCE

THE LOOP

The value isn't the first plan. It's the tenth.

Most coaching sells you stage two and stops there. A programme arrives, it's good, and then it stays exactly as good as it was on day one while you keep changing.

Calibration and revision are what make the difference compound. Every week the plan learns something. Every twelve weeks or so it's redrawn against what it learned. The version of your strategy that exists a year in is not a longer version of the first one — it's a far more accurate one, because it's had a year of evidence about you specifically.

THE BLUEPRINT SHEET

Five stages. Three domains.

Training, nutrition and health aren't three separate services running in parallel. They're one strategy, assessed and revised together.

02SpecificationAn individualised split for your structure and your available days.Targets calculated and explained, then a meal strategy built together.Recovery expectations set; blood work used to help inform supplementation.

04RevisionNew phase written against new proportions and proven responses.Targets revised as composition, activity and life change.Recovery capacity reassessed; supplementation reviewed.
05AutonomyYou know what suits your structure and how to progress it.You hold your nutrition through travel and bad weeks. You know what your body needs when work gets heavy.

THE ENDGAME

The goal is that you don't need me.

This is the part of the industry that's quietly backwards. Most coaching is designed so that when it stops, the results stop with it.

By the end of this you should understand your own body: your training, your nutrition, your recovery, the intensity that's right for you, the exercises that suit your structure, how you respond, and how to adjust when something changes.

Many private clients stay anyway, because having someone expert handle the complexity is genuinely worth it when your time is expensive. That's a good reason to continue. Needing to isn't.

RESPONSIBLE PRACTICE

A note on blood work and supplementation.

Private clients are given a blood-work panel to complete. The results are used to help inform a personalised supplementation strategy where relevant deficiencies exist.

This is coaching, not medical care. Elevate Blueprint does not diagnose, treat or manage any medical condition, and nothing here replaces advice from your doctor. If a panel shows something that belongs with a physician, you'll be told to take it to one.
