THE APPROACH
How is this different from a normal personal trainer?
A personal trainer supervises sessions. This is a strategy for your training, nutrition, recovery and health, built around your individual structure and revised continuously against evidence.
There’s also no handoff. The person who assesses you writes your programme, reviews your video and answers you at the weekend.
How does the genetics-based approach actually work?
“Genetics-based” here means individual, not a DNA test.
Your bone structure, limb length and torso-to-limb ratio decide which exercises will ever feel right on you. Your injury history decides what can be loaded and what has to be built first. And your response is genuinely yours — one muscle group may grow best on volume while another responds to heavier sets. None of that can be known from a form, so it is mapped at the start and tested as we go.
Why is the approach so personalised? Isn't training just training?
At the beginning, more or less — a beginner improves on almost any reasonable stimulus. The further you go, the less true it gets. Progress stops coming from doing more and starts coming from doing the right things for your structure.
Is this suitable if I'm a beginner?
Yes — you skip years of trial and error, and you learn correct execution before bad habits set.
One honest caveat: if you’re brand new and simply want to get moving, a good local trainer will do that for far less. This is for men who want it built around a demanding life.
Is this suitable if I've trained seriously for years?
That’s where it’s strongest. Experienced lifters are the people generic programming fails, because they’ve already collected the easy progress. What’s left is specific to them: which exercises suit their structure, which muscle groups have fallen behind, and how much they can recover from alongside their workload.
YOUR LIFE & LOGISTICS
What if I have very limited time?
Then you’re the person this was designed for. The number of days is an input, not a problem — the plan is built for the time you genuinely have. What’s usually inefficient in a busy man’s training isn’t the hours; it’s that the hours aren’t aimed at anything specific.
Do I have to follow a restrictive diet?
No. You’re given calorie and macro targets, and the strategy for hitting them is built around what you actually like eating.
Restriction is what makes people quit at week nine. It’s better to reach the goal a little later while enjoying the process than to punish yourself for three months and rebound afterwards.
Do I need to train every day?
No. The split is built around the days you can genuinely commit to, consistently. More days isn’t better if it makes the plan impossible to keep.
What happens if I get injured?
The plan is adapted rather than paused. Training works around the affected area, and where it’s appropriate that area is strengthened as part of the recovery.
If an injury needs medical attention you’ll be told to get it. Coaching works alongside that; it doesn’t replace it.
What if I travel constantly?
Travel is planned for, not worked around afterwards. Send the hotel’s website before you fly and your training is adapted to whatever equipment is actually there, before you arrive. Nutrition is adapted around flights, time zones and client dinners.
Many private clients travel heavily. It has never been the reason someone didn’t get a result.
What if I eat at restaurants most nights?
Then that’s what the strategy is built around. Your meal strategy is built with you, taking into account where and how you actually eat. You get straight guidance on what to order and how to run the day around it.
What if work becomes extremely busy?
The plan bends. Four days become two, the volume comes down, and expectations get honest for those weeks — then everything comes back up when you do. The alternative, which almost everyone has lived through, is that a rigid plan quietly becomes another thing you’re failing at.
How does support actually work day to day?
Everything runs through one app: your programme, your targets, your check-ins, your progress photos and your conversations with Bogdan.
You message him directly — text, voice note, or video of a set you’re unsure about. You submit a check-in each week; it gets assessed properly and comes back with feedback and adjustments. Beyond that there are private one-to-one calls, booked as you need them.
What happens if my schedule changes?
The plan changes with it. That’s the point of weekly check-ins — they exist so the strategy can respond to your life as it actually unfolds, not as it looked on day one.
Will I actually be working with Bogdan, or with his team?
With Bogdan. There is no team, no junior coach and no handoff. That’s a deliberate constraint on how many people can be taken on, and it’s why this is an application rather than a checkout.
THE CONSULTATION
What actually happens when I apply?
Answer a short questionnaire. Bogdan reads it before the call, then you choose a time and get a confirmation with everything you need to prepare.
It takes a few minutes, and applying commits you to nothing.
Is the consultation a sales call?
It’s an honest one. The purpose is to work out whether this is right for you, and that genuinely means it sometimes isn’t. What it won’t be is a hard close — if the answer is no, or not yet, you’ll hear that directly.
What does the consultation involve?
30–45 minutes on Zoom, with Bogdan. He’ll want your background, an honest picture of where you are now, what you actually want, and what’s been getting in the way. If it’s a fit, he’ll walk you through the strategy that would apply to you, how the coaching works, and the investment involved.
It’s a real conversation, not a presentation.
Is everyone accepted?
No, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. This only works when the fit is right in both directions.
FIT
Who is this for?
Men who hold a high standard in everything else and are tired of this being the exception. Who want a system rather than more information. Who have limited time and want the complexity handled. Who are coachable and will do the work.
Who isn't this for?
Anyone looking for a shortcut or a twelve-week miracle. Anyone who’d rather research it themselves than be coached. Anyone expecting the outcome without the execution.
This isn’t gatekeeping — the wrong fit costs you more time than it costs us.
AFTERWARDS
What happens after coaching? Can I become independent?
That’s the design. By the end you should understand your own training, nutrition and recovery well enough to adjust when something changes, and the knowledge is yours permanently.
Many clients continue anyway, because having an expert hold the complexity is worth it when your time is expensive. But that’s a preference, not a dependency.
Still deciding?
The consultation exists for exactly this. Thirty to forty-five minutes, with the person who'd be responsible for it.
